I have found that these optometrists offer a fast, efficient online booking system. When i arrived, i was greeted nicely by the receptionist who was extremely professional and my appointment went smoothly. I was impressed that there was no hard sell for frames and i was informed of what was to happen regarding the collection of my new lenses. Well done team!

They have the usual current trending styles, but always have something quirky or out of the ordinary, which is what I look for. Their eye testing is extremely thorough and they are always happy to discuss your vision options. Even though I no longer live or work in the area, I find it worth my while to keep returning for their excellent service and range.

Incredible customer service and great range. Most places take 4 business days for your glasses to be ready, this place took an hour! Will be back.

I have been attending this practice for around 55 years. It is as great as when I first found what was then Fraser edmiston. It's moved position, and optometrists have retired, though only after many years service. The attention & friendliness & recognition has remained. I always feel welcome!
