Really happy with my experience here. The staff were really enthusiastic and answered all my questions. They carry the Moscot brand which I love, and the turn around on prescription was super quick.

Dickens and Herd Optometrists are outstanding. The team are professional welcoming and genuinely thorough taking the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. The care feels personalised and the service is exceptional from start to finish. Easily one of the best optometry experiences in Brisbane and highly recommended.

I have been going to this place for 3 years now and wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. The range to pick from is huge and extremely affordable compared to a lot of places I have been in 13 years of wearing glasses. Each year the team always are able to help me pick something fun and new that always suits my face. Steve listens to you in the eye exam and it doesn’t feel like a rushed process because lets be honest how many of us have been to OPSM and be asked 1st or 2nd and it’s so fast you can’t even see. Give this business a go you will not be disappointed

I had my first appointment here with Kerrin today and it was a great experience. She was both friendly and very professional, very knowledgeable and happy to help with everything I needed. The place has a wonderful atmosphere and I would highly recommend giving this place a visit. Steve the receptionist was also lovely!

Without doubt the best experience my wife and I have had in such a business yesterday. The manager Stephen is outstanding in knowledge, service, and sales - but sales with the genuine interest of the customer as to what actually looks great, and without suggesting or pushing anything that isn't suitable. The professional optometrist I saw was also right on the ball. They deserve success.
