I have been attending this practice for around 55 years. It is as great as when I first found what was then Fraser edmiston. It's moved position, and optometrists have retired, though only after many years service. The attention & friendliness & recognition has remained. I always feel welcome!

I saved myself 250 dollars by switching to this optometrists (for the exact frames and equal quality lens elsewhere). Not only that, even though the prescription was the same as my old ones, the vision and lens seems much clearer for some reason. There is absolutely no reflection or glare which is amazing considering the price. When I first called, they immediately offered to hold the frames I wanted till I could come back to the store. They also got my prescription and a quote within five minutes. Then they were very flexible with payment deposits. Finally, the process of making the glasses was so fast. I couldn’t ask for better customer service and value for money.

When i arrived, i was greeted nicely by the receptionist who was extremely professional and my appointment went smoothly. They have the usual current trending styles, but always have something quirky or out of the ordinary, which is what I look for. Their eye testing is extremely thorough and they are always happy to discuss your vision options. Even though I no longer live or work in the area, I find it worth my while to keep returning for their excellent service and range.

Brought in a pair of Oakley Racing Jacket frames that every other optometrist told me couldn't be fitted with prescription lenses (even Oakley said they couldn't help). These guys not only made the lenses and fitted them but were also very reasonably priced. The quality is A1.
